This film is about the creation of India's first feature length film, Raja Harischandra. I couldn't find it with subtitles, but I don't think that detracts from giving you the general idea of the film.
Keep in mind that if you should choose to watch any of these films, there is a subtitle feature in language selection on dvd menus. (I'd advise against dubbing because the voice actors are usually horrendous and watching the lack of synchronization is painful, but that could just be my experience. I like hearing the films the way they were meant to be heard.)
